How to join member?

Please follow the instructions to enter the information required for registration in the shopping cart, and click "New Registration" to register as a member.

About delivery 

Delivery can be specified after 2 working days from the order date, and the delivery time can be specified as follows:

①09:00-14:00

②14:00-18:00

③18:00-21:00

※”Others Area” --- Delivery to Ma Wan and Discovery Bay cannot specify delivery time and will only deliver on Mondays and Saturdays. 

※Under certain conditions caused by typhoons, such as serious disruption of public transport services, delivery service will be suspended. Updated delivery arrangement will be informed separately.

※We apologize for the delay, suspension or rescheduling due to actual conditions such as traffic, region, weather and other factors at the agreed delivery time.

※No delivery on public holidays and Sundays.

※No self-pickup service.

The shipping cost for each order is as follows:

・Purchase less than HK$500, HK$65 will be charged

・Free shipping on purchases of HK$500 or above

※If the delivery is not received within the delivery time specified by the customer and the delivery needs to be rescheduled, The Rice Factory HK may charge the customer an additional shipping fee.

About delivery area and delivery date and time

---Monday・Wednesday・Friday: Hong Kong Island, New Territories (West) [Except Tsuen Kwai Tsing District]

---Tuesday・Thursday・Saturday: Kowloon, New Territories (East), Tsuen Kwai Tsing District

---Other areas (Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung): Delivery is only available on Mondays and Saturdays, and delivery time cannot be specified

・Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong, no overseas delivery.

・Not applicable to the following outlying islands: Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Changsha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O.

Other methods such as bank transfer and mailing of cheques are not accepted.

The confirmed order cannot be cancelled or changed.
